Charlotte & Andrew

Andrew & Charlotte’s Somerset wedding was a carefully planned celebration that made the most of its surroundings. Hosted at Andrew’s family home, we spent a lot of time working out the best setup. We could have placed the tipis out in the field—which would have been a simple option—but Andrew and Charlotte were keen to have them nestled among the beautiful house, gardens and outbuildings. We love this kind of challenge, where we really get to consider placement and design the space to fit perfectly.

Two tipis formed the dining area for 120 guests, while a third was positioned over a raised bed, which we transformed into a stage for The Shadow Monkeys to perform on. The setup made for an incredible party atmosphere later in the night. The food was provided by Horrell & Horrell, who put on an impressive display of outdoor cooking over fire, adding to the experience.

Thoughtful planning, a stunning setting, and a proper party made this one a wedding to remember!
